How Consulting Works

2. Schedule your consultation.

After submitting your inquiry, schedule your 60-minute Healthcare Business Strategy Consultation and pay the $100 consultation fee. Appointments are available Tuesdays and Thursdays. During your session, we review your goals, challenges, and next steps. The fee is credited toward your selected consulting package when applicable.
Based on your consultation, we recommend the appropriate package or individual service. Once you select your support, we send your agreement and invoice. Your $100 consultation credit is applied when applicable.
4. Begin your project.
After your agreement is signed and your initial payment is completed, you receive access to your client onboarding process and detailed business intake.
5. Build your business foundation.
We work with you through the agreed stages of business development, planning, documentation, and strategy.
